The advantages of having a diverse workforce are now widely acknowledged. The Centre for Creative Leadership states companies with a higher proportion of women in their workforce have higher job satisfaction from all genders, are more likely to attract young talent and are more likely to have increased revenue.

Health campaigns have succeeded in reducing the number of smokers in the UK by 5.4% from 2011–2018. This has led to a huge reduction in smoking-related illnesses and millions saved for the NHS. Knowing which areas contain the most smokers is vital in targetting future campaigns and can lead to many other interesting findings. In this article, we use data from Doorda to uncover the areas with the highest and lowest number of smokers.
